About Me

I have been a qualified, practising client-centred psychotherapist/counsellor and case work supervisor for over 20 years, working in a variety of settings with a range and diversity of people and their unique life challenges.

I am continually humbled to work alongside people, facilitating and supporting self-reflection, self-awareness, and change. I have witnessed that change is possible even after the darkest of experiences, and whatever life has thrown at us, thriving is possible.

For over 20 years, my passion for destigmatising counselling to a  'wellbeing', accessible activity, means I have set up,developed and managed three free counselling services in the community.
